Joe surprised me yesterday and took me out to purchase a Christmas tree. I was elated as this was something I had been looking forward to ever since we got married!

And the decorating begins...
We discovered that we were going to have to make our own hooks for the ornaments since we didn't have any on hand. My creative husband got to work...using paper clips.

And that's the story of how our little Christmas tree came to sit in our living room. 
Awww! I love all of the pictures but the top one especially! I love pictures like that that capture the "memory". :)
