I don't usually post deals on here, especially because there are a lot of other wonderful blogs out there that do that. But in my work for MoneySavingMom.com today, I kept coming across this amazing deal that I couldn't help but pass along to you all.
I happen to know that many of my readers are photographers (or aspiring to be a photographer), and being one myself, I know how much we photographers love photo editing programs. We drool over the expensive programs and save our pennies, hoping to someday cash them in for one of these amazing programs.

Well, if you're one of those photographers that loves Adobe Photoshop Elements
, today is the day you've been waiting for. Eeek! I was super excited when I found out that today only, Amazon is selling Adobe Photoshop Elements 8
(the newest version) with shipping for only $54.99! But the good news is that there is a $20 rebate on top of this. So, if you buy it today for $54.99, print off the rebate (which is located right below the price) and send it in, you can ultimately get this program for only $34.99. Considering this program normally sells for $100, that one's amazing deal! Click here to read more about Adobe Photoshop Elements 8
.
And if you're a member of Swagbucks and have been saving up your Amazon gift cards, you could actually get this for cheaper or even free! (If you don't know what Swagbucks is, it is basically a search engine - like google - that randomly rewards your searches with "swagbucks". You can trade these "swagbucks" in for all sorts of prizes like gift cards, electronics, music, books, movies, etc. The best part is that you can also invite your friends to join (like I'm doing right now!) and when they search and win "swagbucks", you win them too. :) I can't recommend Swagbucks enough. It has saved Joe and I tons of money and allowed us to purchase all sorts of things from Amazon that we wouldn't otherwise have been able to buy. You can sign up or read more about Swagbucks here.)
Okay, that was a long rabbit trail. :) Anyhow, I hope maybe some of you can take advantage of this Adobe Photoshop deal while it's still available.

YES! I'm so glad you posted this. I got it in an email from Amazon this morning, and thought it was a super amazing deal so I quickly passed on the information to a friend of mine who might would be interested.
ReplyDeleteFor those of you out there who are interested in a good photo editing program, Elements is super good, and while I had it I never learned everything that I could do with it. However, I now am the owner of Photoshop CS4, because I had to have it to go to a photography class I was attending. Which...CS4 IS amazing, but Elements is wonderful too. =)
All that to say...so glad you posted it Gretchen! If you just ordered it for yourself, I know that you will have so much fun learning it! Photography is so much fun. =)
oh! what a great deal! the only thing is I just bought a camera and don't even have 40 bucks!
ReplyDeletehaha!
Oh well, maybe there will be another deal like this when I do have some spending dough!
Thanks for posting this. I do have a question however. When I clicked on the link to amazon it has Elements 8 listed for $86.24 and I didn't see a rebate listed. What am I missing? Maybe I am just not seeing it. if you have any insights please let me know! Thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteThe rebate isn't showing up for me under the price. Do you have the form that you can send me or a better link? Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteHere is a link for those of you who were looking for the correct one. Hopefully this will work out right:

Thanks for the new link. I found it!
ReplyDeletegood! =) I'm glad to be a little help!
ReplyDeleteWhere is the rebate form located on line?

Is the $54.99 price over? All I can find is $82 minus the $20 rebate.
ReplyDeleteThe deal was for yesterday, May 13, only. So yes, it is over now, although $62 is still cheaper than $99! :)
ReplyDeleteTHanks for sharing. It doesn't help much at this point but I realized that you have to log in to see the "deal of the day" prices. if you aren't logged into your amazon account, they don't show up.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy I got one of these. I've been needing photo software for over a year.
