Several months ago, right after we had first gotten Molly, my Mom came over one evening. As usual, she came with her yellow bag stuffed full of coupons and books to share. Mom had hardly set her bag down before Molly came over to sniff it out (yes, she's much like a dog). After a few minutes of checking it out, her curiosity became even greater and she hopped into the bag.
We never saw her the rest of the evening. She wouldn't get out of the bag for anything. When it came time for Mom to go home, Molly still wouldn't get out of the bag, so Mom decided to leave it here for her.

Five months later, it's still one of her favorite places to sleep and play in. I took these pictures the other day and thought they were so cute I just had to post them.
In other news, it's been quite an interesting week here with spiders (don't ask because I don't want to be reminded), finals, late nights (because of finals), driving Joe's stick shift car all by myself all over town for the first time, and several severe storms - including a last-minute drive to my in-laws during a tornado a couple of days ago (which ended up being one of the scariest drives of my life). Yes, this week has been stressful to say the least.
But God is good and I'm am constantly reminded of that fact!
And I'm still alive (I seriously thought we were going to die during that drive to my in-laws). And I have a wonderful husband who makes life so much fun. And I have a cute little cat...well, she's cute most of the time.
I just heard a huge crack of thunder and was reminded that I better post this before we loose electricity from the storm. :)
That is the cutest picture ever!
ReplyDeleteSweet pictures! Wow, I'm glad you survived the tornado drive. Sounds incredibly scary...
ReplyDeleteOh those pictures are too cute! My cat is the very same way (sniffing things like crazy), and if she had a bag like that one, I am sure she would claim it too! LOL!!!! :) Though, she might get easily distracted with the lizards she just LOVES to play with in our backyard! :) He, he
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, very sweet!
Blessings,
Miss Antoinette
