Our destination was a quaint little Swedish town
I ended up being super sick (not too surprising as I was really sick our entire honeymoon as well!) with a fever, cold chills, headache, sore throat, and the sniffles so we didn't do much "exploring" of the little town. We did eat our cake and watch the wedding video, though, along with doing a lot of talking and reminiscing.

We spent Sunday morning driving to Coronado Heights. The view was spectacular! There is something beautiful about flat open plains.

It was a lovely vacation (even though I was sick). I love spending time with my husband.

ReplyDeleteI know where you went; since we also live in Kansas and our best friends grew up in that small Swedish town! We have gone "home" with them several times and always love getting away to the sweet town - I'm sure that the two of you had a wonderful time while there! Happy anniversary!
